AFFILIATE PROGRAM AGREEMENT

The steps are easy, Gartoon is one in the million that pays for both successful referrals and website visits. Just follow easy steps below to earn more money:

1. Sign up for a free affiliate account.
2. Promote Gartoon by adding banners and links to your site, or by posting on social media.
3. Get 10% (up to $100) commission when any of your referral buys any service from Gartoon.com.
4. Get up to $1/500 unique visitors within 30 days referral timeout
5. You can withdraw your money from an affiliate program when it reaches the minimum required amount of $10.00 USD by informing us through email, facebook, skype or telegram. We will send you the payment by PayPal in 48hr maximum time. (Our company is responsible for PayPal fee, so you will get your complete payment). You don’t need to send us an invoice in order to get paid. Easy!

You may print this page for your records. This is a legal agreement between you and (gartoon.com). You have read and understood the terms and conditions of this agreement and that you agree to be legally responsible for each and every term and condition.

What you must not do:

1. Robotic and fake traffics will be counted as cheating and may lead to account termination.
2. Promotes sexually explicit materials
3. Promotes violence
4. Promotes discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age
5. Promotes illegal activities
6. Incorporates any materials which infringe or assist others to infringe on any copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights or to violate the law
7. Is otherwise in any way unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable to us in our sole discretion.
8. Contains software downloads that potentially enable diversions of commission from other affiliates in our program.

Termination

Either you or we may end this Agreement AT ANY TIME, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice. Written notice can be in the form of email, facebook, skype or telegram. In addition, this Agreement will terminate immediately upon any breach of this Agreement by you.

Gartoon.com makes no express or implied representations or warranties regarding gartoon.com service and web site or services provided therein, any implied warranties of gartoon.com ability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement are expressly disclaimed and excluded. In addition, we make no representation that the operation of our site will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we will not be liable for the consequences of any interruptions or errors.
